Feel Good Sale Ends Tonight!
Hello loves,
I hope you’re finding just the right combination of rest and summer fun these days. I recently went on my first backpacking trip of the season and was so grateful for my CBD, Pedicularis, and California Poppy tinctures at the end of long hiking days!
To support your ease at home or in the wilds, we’ve got a Feel Good Sale with tinctures and salves to help you feel good in body and soul…. and it ends tonight! So pop on over to our sweet little shop and treat yourself to some of our wild and love-infused herbal medicine.
In love and beauty, Bex and Seth
Saint John’s Wort
St. John’s Wort is best known for its support with alleviating the blues, but it also helps damaged nerves heal and has a particular affinity for the sciatic nerve. So whether you’re looking for mood support or relief from nerve pain, St. John’s Wort wants to help.
Tulsi
Oh Tulsi! She’s one of my great loves. Also known as Holy Basil, Tulsi is an herb that has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years.
As an adaptogen, Tulsi helps us deal with daily stressors and reminds us what it feels like to be both calm and alert. She also supports the lungs, thins mucus, helps balance blood sugar, and is sometimes used to elevate meditation and other spiritual practices. For a refreshing and relaxing evening beverage, I love a few squirts of Tulsi Tincture in iced or sparkling water with a bit of lime. And I always sleep a little more sweetly when I take Tulsi before bed.
Twist and Shout Salve
As its name implies, this herbal salve is our go-to for every bump, bruise, twist, sprain, strain, pain, and break that comes our way. We often recommend it to folks with achey knees and arthritic joints, and we rub it into our sore, work-weary hands every night before bed.
CBD Tincture
If you haven’t figured it out for yourself yet, CBD is helpful for almost everything… it’s anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, relaxing, mood-lifting, and has specific receptors in just about every system in the body. Our tincture is great for all those things, too, and is particularly excellent at sleep support and pain relief.
*Sale good for 1oz. & 2oz. bottles only. Ends July 27th.

Astro-Tarot Special
Chiron, an asteroid and mythological figure known as the “wounded healer”, moved into earthy Taurus on June 19th. This six-year transit is a collective invitation for us to bring healing to the earth and our bodies, as well as to our relationships with our time, energy, money, and sense of self-worth.
AND, depending on where Taurus is in your chart, Chiron’s presence invites you to connect with and heal any wounds you carry associated with that realm of your life.
If you'd like to know more about the medicine that Chiron in Taurus has for you, as well as the medicine it wants you to offer others, I’m offering recorded $40 astro-tarot fusion readings for this healing transit.

…There is a place in the center of you, too, that longs to be aflame with life force energy. Life gives you all the friction you need to get a spark going, so you don’t need to go looking for it.
Your job is to tend to the nest that will receive it. Which is to say that your job is to create the conditions where inspiration can land. Your job is to create enough space in your mind and your days for an unexpected gift to enter, take hold, and become a tentative flame. And when it does… keep reading.
